Who we are
PACE Websites builds websites for Australian car detailers and other service businesses. In this policy, “we” and “us” means PACE Websites. We respect your privacy and handle your details in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on our website, we collect:
- your name, mobile number and email address
- your business details: the kind of business you run, whether you have a website now, and your Instagram or Facebook page
Our website host also keeps basic technical records, like your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and stop spam.
Why we collect it
We use your details to contact you about a website for your business, including making and sending you your free homepage. We may look at the public photos on the Instagram or Facebook page you give us to do this.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone for their own marketing. We only use trusted service providers to run our business: our website host (Cloudflare), the service that forwards form enquiries to our inbox (FormSubmit), and our email provider (Google). Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, for example in the United States.
How we look after it
We keep your details in secure, password-protected accounts. Only our team can see them. We keep them for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or work with you, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. You can also ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted.
How to ask for deletion, or ask a question
Email paceagencyaus@gmail.com. We'll reply within 5 business days. If you're not happy with how we handled a privacy issue, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
